AAPS-NERDG Abstract Submission
You are invited to submit an abstract for presentation at the 2024 AAPS-NERDG Annual Meeting, to be held on Friday, March 22, 2024. This year’s meeting will be in-person and held at Mystic Marriott Hotel, 625 North Road, Groton, CT 06340.
Conference abstracts are now being accepted for consideration for Academic Research Award Presentation, Short Topic Presentation and Poster Presentations. You are required to submit only One abstract to be considered for all 3 presentation categories.
Winner will be awarded with following prizes:

Winner will be awarded with following prizes:
- Academic Research Award (ARA)
- First position: $1,000
- Second and third positions: $500 each
- Short Topic Presentation (STP)
- 3 Best Presentation Awards: $300 each
- Regular Poster Presentation (RPP)
- 3 Best Poster Awards: $250 each

Abstract Submission Instructions to Authors:
- Download the abstract template and use it to format your abstract. Please note that there is a 350 word limit, and all abstracts should be submitted using the template. Your abstract may be rejected if instructions for word count, font, font size, etc. are not followed. All the requested information should be provided for a successful submission.
- Fill out the form below to upload your formatted abstract(s) to the website no later than January 27, 2024.
- A confirmation number will be sent to you by February 03 after your abstract is received for evaluation. If you don’t receive the confirmation number, please contact abstract screening committee at aapsne@gmail.com.
- The presenter will be notified of the abstract review committee’s decision no later than February 28, 2024.
- The poster presenters should be present at their posters for the review session, timings will be announced later.
