AAPS-NERDG Abstract Submission
We invite all participants to showcase their research and contribute to the success of the AAPS-NERDG Annual Meeting, taking place on March 30, 2026 at Mystic Marriott, Groton, CT, by submitting abstracts for the following categories:
- Academic Research Awards (ARA)
- Short Topic Presentations (STP)
- Poster Presentation
Winner will be awarded with following prizes:
Academic Research Award (ARA)
Submission Deadline: Dec 15, 2025
Academic Research Award (ARA)
- First place: $1,000
- Second and third places: $500 each
- 3 Best STP Awards: $250 each
- 3 Best Poster Awards: $250 each

Important Note:
Due to the limited number of presentation slots available at the NERDG Conference, not all Academic Research Award (ARA) applications may be selected for presentation. In such cases, submissions may be considered for Short Topic Presentation (STP) or Regular Poster Presentation, provided there is mutual agreement between the submitter and the committee.
Similarly, not all Short Topic Presentation (STP) applications may be selected for presentation. These submissions may instead be considered for a Poster Presentation, subject to mutual agreement.
A NERDG representative will contact the affected authors to discuss available options for presenting their work. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

Abstract Submission Instructions to Authors:
- Use the text boxes below to submit your abstract. Please note that there is a total 350 word limit for the Abstract box. Your abstract may be rejected if instructions for word count are not followed. All the requested information should be provided for a successful submission.
- Fill out the form below to upload your formatted abstract(s) to the website no later than December 15, 2025.
- Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee based on originality, relevance, and scientific merit.
- A confirmation number will be sent to you after your abstract is received for evaluation. If you don’t receive the confirmation email by Feburary 16, 2026, please contact abstract screening committee at [email protected].
- The poster presenters should be present at their posters for the review session, timings will be announced later.
